1. Services Provided
MBSR offers professional lifeguard services along the Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. JBS provides beach chair and umbrella rentals to enhance your beach experience. Our services are available from mid-April to late September, seven days a week.
2. Beach Equipment Rentals
Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing and rental durations are detailed on our website. Please note that all rentals are for personal use only and must be removed from the beach by 7:00 PM daily.
3. User Responsibilities
While enjoying our services, users are expected to adhere to all local beach ordinances, including but not limited to:
- Obeying all lifeguard directions at all times.
- Swimming is not allowed more than 50 yards from shore or beyond chest depth, depending on conditions.
- Alcohol and glass containers are prohibited on the beach.
- Dogs are allowed on the beach before 10:00 AM and after 5:00 PM from May 1st to Labor Day.
- All fires, including barbecues and bonfires, are prohibited on the beach.

4. Assumption of Risk
By participating in beach activities and utilizing our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with ocean swimming and beach environments. You agree to assume all responsibility for personal safety and equipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
MBSR and JBS are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred while using our services or participating in beach activities. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.
6. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during rentals or through our website will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Amendments
MBSR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
